The City
街A river city built on top of itself.
Glass towers at the top, pipework and old rooftops underneath. Spotlights sweep the sky and drones run between the towers all night. Ren and Mika live in the part underneath, where the lights are cheaper and nobody looks up.
Up top
Corporate towers like The Tower, private security, money. You go up there for work and you don't stay.
Underneath
Laundromats, all-night shops, kitchens, apartments stacked on apartments. This is where the show lives.
